(Pflegefreistellung)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ich habe ein <strong>Recht auf Pflegefreistellung<\/strong>, wenn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mein <strong>Kind<\/strong>, mein*e <strong>Partner*in<\/strong>, ein <strong>Eltern<\/strong>teil, ein <strong>Gro\u00dfeltern<\/strong>teil oder mein*e <strong>Enkel*in<\/strong> <strong>krank <\/strong>ist und <strong>meine Pflege braucht<\/strong>. Die Person, die ich pflegen muss, <strong>wohnt mit mir im gleichen Haushalt<\/strong>, und <strong>niemand anderer kann die Pflege \u00fcbernehmen<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ich mein Kind betreuen muss<\/strong>, weil die Person, die normalerweise mein Kind betreut, auf einmal nicht mehr kann.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mein <strong>Kind<\/strong> unter 10 Jahre alt ist und <strong>im Krankenhaus<\/strong> bleiben muss, und ich es begleite. Bei \u00e4lteren Kindern brauche ich ein \u00e4rztliches Attest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ich muss meine*n <strong>Arbeitgeber*in informieren<\/strong>, dass ich eine Pflegefreistellung in Anspruch nehme. <br><br><br>Ich habe <strong>ab dem 1. Tag meiner Anstellung<\/strong> ein <strong>Recht auf Pflegefreistellung<\/strong>. <br><br><br>Ich kann <strong>so viele Stunden im Jahr Pflegefreistellung<\/strong> in Anspruch nehmen, <strong>wie ich in einer Woche arbeite<\/strong>.
